About 300 mm Flange Type Radiators
300 mm Flange Type Radiators are offered for all type of transformers. We apply special procedure of painting with MIO (intermediate) coat in between top-coat paint and primer. Zinc rich & zinc silicate primer provides a corrosion resistant long life. We use latest techniques for packing as per the instructions from our customer and with approved drawing. 300 mm Flange Type Radiators are tested on parameters of dimensional accuracy and leakage. Cooling fans are the extra accessories in big radiators that are supplied separately with radiators.

Robust and Quality ConstructionManufactured from CRCA steel, these radiators offer excellent strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity under rigorous working conditions. Precision flange connections support secure mounting and easy integration into transformer assemblies.
FAQ's of 300 mm Flange Type Radiators:
Q: How do 300 mm Flange Type Radiators benefit power and distribution transformers?
A: These radiators enhance the cooling efficiency of transformers by dissipating excess heat, thereby improving transformer performance, reducing risk of overheating, and extending equipment lifespan.
Q: What is the typical process for installing these radiators on transformers?
A: Installation generally involves securing the radiator using flange connections to the transformer body, ensuring proper sealing and alignment, which facilitates efficient oil flow for optimal heat transfer.
Q: When should a transformer radiator be replaced or upgraded?
A: A radiator should be replaced or upgraded when it shows signs of corrosion, reduced cooling efficiency, leakage, or damage, or when increasing transformer capacity necessitates improved thermal performance.
Q: Where are these 300 mm Flange Type Radiators primarily used?
A: They are widely used in power and distribution transformer stations, substations, and industries relying on high-capacity electrical infrastructure across various sectors in India.
Q: What material is used to manufacture the 300 mm Flange Type Radiators, and why?
A: CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel is used due to its superior mechanical strength, smooth finish, and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for long-term use in transformer cooling applications.
Q: How can using these radiators improve transformer reliability?
A: Efficient heat dissipation maintains optimal transformer operating temperatures, preventing thermal stress, minimizing wear, and thus improving overall reliability and operational uptime.
